Ivan Chang, PMP

Principal

Ivan is a highly accomplished project leader overseeing complex projects at CBRE, Avison Young, and Turnbull CPM.

He has managed 30+ publicly funded projects, coordinating with high-profile stakeholders from various levels of government, and led construction projects generating substantial annual revenue through adept relationship-building, creative thinking, and technical knowledge.

His extensive experience with healthcare projects ensured minimal impact on high-risk acute medical sites. With a robust foundation in managing small and large-scale projects, Ivan brings a wealth of experience, strategic acumen, and has proven to successfully manage high-functioning project teams across both government and private sectors.

Sam Devlin

Project Director

Sam, formerly a Founder and Partner at Fusion Projects and Rain City Industrial, is a well-known and highly trusted project director to some of Canada’s largest and most sophisticated corporations.

He has more than 30+ years of construction management experience, specializing in development, office & retail construction, and has overseen many of BC’s top industrial projects with prestigious clients like HelloFresh, Save on Foods, B2Gold, and many more, totalling over $1B in collective project experience.

Sam specializes in navigating the complexities of municipal permit submissions through relationship building and extensive project experience.

Ben Huang

Senior Project Manager

Ben is a seasoned senior project manager with extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction.

His previous roles include senior positions at Urban One Builders and Chard Development Ltd., where he managed high-profile projects such as the $175+ million Trump International Hotel & Residence and the $80 million Royals development. Ben’s background also includes significant contributions to projects at Ledcor Construction Limited, including the $100+ million Fort McMurray Airport.

With a diploma in Architectural & Building Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and fluency in English and Mandarin, Ben excels in coordinating complex projects and delivering successful outcomes across diverse construction sectors.
